| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting called to order. Secretarial announcement. President thanked her BOD and also all members for paying increased fees in time. Last year AGM minutes got approved. Rtn Sudhir proposed and Rtn Takalkar seconded. Explained and showed this year's inflow outflow statement and the entire budget infront of all the members. She also told about Atharvashirsha fund which got utilised very effectively. Explained about membership growth and tremendous success in this avenue. Female membership growth is also achieved at very different level. Explained about our achievements on Foundation as of now. Told about various service projects done till now. Informed about the half year gone with lot of fun. Told about festivals, synergy meetings etc. President thanked entire Maitra team for their amazing work. President Pratibha then informed about various awards given and also told about the awards and recognition received by various members. PE Nivedia expressed her thoughts about Rotary. Nivedita then disclosed her BOD for 2024-25. Rtn Atul Joshi proposed the same which got seconded by Rtn Dinkar Palaskar. President Pratibha taken over and opened the room for free discussion and suggestions. Rtn Mahendra Chitte told about the non availability of members during projects and appealed everyone to correct the mistake next year and ensure to participate from tomorrow onwards. Also pointed about time management and asked to respect others time. Rtn Sudhit Vaidya came forward and told about people not coming forward to accept President role and thanked Pratibha for coming forward and doing great work. Rtn Shekhar Takalkar expressed his feeling about people not coming forward to become President. As a Chartered President he felt extremely bad about it and appealed people to come forward with positive attitude. Rtn Kiran thanked Pratibha for her superb work and dedication and also wished good luck to PE Nivedia, appealed all the members to register for conference. Rtn Ghule suggested to groom people to take up for President, Secretary kind of positions. President expressed special thanks to Rtn Sameer Kulkarni for his outstanding contribution. Thanked all and adjourned the meeting. |
