| Minutes of Meeting | Members present - President Pratibha Jagdale, Secretary Nilesh Zoting, Rtn Vivek Joshi, PE Nivedita, AG Kiran Ingale, Rtn Sudhir Vaidya, Rtn Sandesh Kothadia President Pratibha started meeting with membership dues and related issues. Adv Nayak to be removed from whats app Wadkar and Dhamale to be removed from system. 3rd Dec AGM at 7 pm at Dnyada Prashala followed by dinner. 10th Dec Box cricket to be participated and ₹6000 to be paid from Trust account. 100 Atharvashirsha at Sarasbaug inside temple in the evening at 7.30 pm on 30th Nov 2023 and ₹5000 expenses approved by BOD for the same. Interact conference on 7th Jan proposed at Iscon temple. Atleast 700 people are expected. Rs.1lacs given by Rtn Prakash Avachat's friend will be used for this event and also Rs.1 lac is offered by Rtn Sameer Kulkarni. Club carnival to be finalized for 10th Feb and budget of 60k is finalized. 26th March is DG visit and 15th March AG visit. 19th Jan CSR seminar - Host club RCP Sahawas 20-21 Jan District conference must be attended by most of the members. |
