| Minutes of Meeting | Good morning... *सहवासीय*, On Friday 31st March we had our all important AG visit preparatory for DG visit on Thursday 6th.April. AG Rtn Tina Rattra expressed satisfaction over the performance of club in the current year 2022-23 spoke on - Upkeep of records/accounts, various synergies with District in Global Grants and other projects, Sport project at Indapur, fund raising event अविष्कार etc. Membership and Foundation are the cornerstone of ROTARY on which any Club's evaluation is based. As regards membership, we have moved from 42 as on 1st July 2022 to 52 as on date registering healthy growth of around 24℅. Foundation is all about *giving* where we have reached USD 5000 in APF. Some gap is yet to be covered shortly. *EREY* (Each Rotary Every Year) is the call by RI for all Rotarians to contribute every year the minimum of USD 27 ( Rs. 2200 ). All our clubs are expected to be 100℅ donors under EREY. *RCP Sahawas is not full 100℅ so far*.I appeal all to contribute Rs. 2200 before DG visit on 6th.April. Another area where we have to work fast is to get all our members registered on District /Rotary site by downloading the App. You all have to small steps in this regard which will take SAHAWAS to greater height. I COUNT UPON YOUR SUPPORT. Would like to thank all Sahawasiy who were present and our BOD members for making special efforts for AG/DG visit preparation. Thanks Rahul for all technical support...
