| Meeting Agenda | BoD - MoM dated 31st January 2022 Present : Rtn Mahendra Chitte, Rtn Prakash Avachat, Rtn Mahesh Gavaskar, Rtn Kiran Ingale, Rtn Ajay Mutatkar, Rtn Nivedita Mulay, Rtn Pratibha Jagdale, Rtn Dinkar Palaskar 1 RI Dues payment and decision for members who have not paid dues so far "1) RI Dues of Rs 1,81,320 have been paid by NEFT on 31st Jan 2022 2) 37 memebers have paid 2nd half dues so far, remaining 14 members will be requested to pay dues, as early as possible" 2 Accounts position of Club & Trust for the current year & filing "1) Club & Trust Accounts position as on 19th Jan 2022 (From 1st July onwards) has been mailed by Treasurer to members. 2) Auditor will be Mr Rahul Godbole as decided during the meeting. 3) PAN Number for Club is PNEP30892B 4) Club Accounts - Treasurer will do I Tax filing of audited accounts for period 1st April 2021 till 2022. Similarly he will file I Tax returns for Trust Accounts as well. 5) Treasurers of both years will work together for the period from 1st April to 30th June, every year for both Club & Trust Accounts" 3 Accounts position of Club & Trust for the Last Year (20-21) & filing. TRUST REREGISTRATION "1) It has been told that Club and Trust Accounts have been haded over to Auditor CA Rahul Godbole by Treasurer of 2020-21. 2) There is a concern of filing these audited documents on I Tax Portal 3) As per the new Rules, our TRUST needs to be RE-REGISTERED before 31st March 2022. 4) Rtn Ajay Mutatkar and Rtn Nivedita Mulay have agreed to expedite the Trust matter" 5 Adv Gautam Inamdar's feedback if any. Approx cost is Rs15000 per year as per adv Inamdar, which is quite high for 6-7 years 6 MUMMY Project "1) Rtn Chitte da briefed us about the progress of MUMMY Project, which we are confident that unveiling program can be done on 23rd February 2022 (Rotary's Birthday) 2) This has been planned at Multi-Spice Hotel hall and parking area in the afternoon 3 to 5 pm. Cost expected is Rs 25,000 and BoD has approved the budget" 7 Computer Lab Project "1) The Progress is good as explained by Rtn Chitte Da. This Project innauguration will also be done on 23rd February 2022. 2) Electrification work Budget of Rs 25,000 approved by BoD" 8 "1) Library Project (Lale 10,000) 2) Tailoring Machine Project 3) St Crispins Project 4) Tractor Project (ppt / Lale / gardner) 5) Cyclothon Project 6) Aayurvedic Garden Project 7) Company Program Project 8) ………………………" "1) Library Project - BoD has approved budget of Rs 10,000. Rtn Rahul and Ann Tarini Lale will decide the books. Rtn Dinkar Palaskar mentioned that there is a possibility of getting support from District Literacy Team. Details have been put on WhatsApp 2) Tailoring Project - Work in Progress 3) St Crispins Project of Rtn Ajay ji Mutatkar - going on well. St Crispins requires support of Teachers for Tailoring class and Computer class. Rtn Gavaskar to start Talley Project at St Crispins. 4) Tractor Project / Cyclothon Project / Aayurvedic Garden Project / Company Program project - explained by Rtn Chitte da" 9 District Conference, AG Visit, DG Visit "1) District Conference has been postponed to Ist week of May. BoD is requested to Register 2) AG Visit to be planned in 3rd / 4th Week of March - Admin Team 3) DG Visit is on 8th April" 10 Club Day Celebrations Club Day to be planned in May 2022 11 Program Committee feedback, Inter Club Brazil meeting An Inter Club meeting with a Brazil Club Team is likely to be held on 18th February at 9 pm.
