| Minutes of Meeting | On Sunday 17th July 2022.. Nandakumar Ghule Following Points were discussed in the BOD Finalization of Club Membership .. Approval of the new members were discussed and granted. The names of sponsors for new members were agreed as follows – Mr Wadkar – Rtn Kiran Ingale Mr Anuraag Fulay – Rtn Shobha Nahar Mr Nilesh Zoting - Rtn Kiran Ingale Mr Lohokare – Rtn Santosh Joshi Mrs Anuja Joshi – Rtn Ajay Mutatkar Mr Dhamale - Rtn Kiran Ingale Mrs Pallavi Ingale - Rtn Kiran Ingale It was mutually agreed that henceforth, new membership will be proposed by director Membership before BOD and will be discussed for approval before presenting someone as a new member Honorary Membership – GSR Govindrao Hardikar will continues as an honorary member for this year, considering his role in the creation of the club – This decision is accepted as an extra-ordinary case to show the respect taken last year. However it was agreed that – this should not become a practise to grant a senior Rotarian, an honorary membership. Generally, the honorary membership to be allotted outside Sahawas family, who has some PR value which can give some brand value to Club Sahawas. To grant such kind of membership, director Club Membership should bring proposal in front of BOD and after BOD approval only, the honorary membership needs to be granted. It was proposed and approved to grant Honorary membership to MR Sameer Kulkarni who has donated wholeheartedly to the club, during last year. It was also decided to allocate a mentor for every new Rotarian. Review of Membership Dues - The names of Rotarians was discussed who are yet to pay their membership dues. It was agreed that, during the AGM treasurer / secretary will raise a point that – the Rotarians must pay their Membership dues before 15th July or before 15th January – as Club needs to pay for SAR at the end of the respective months. It’s a duty of treasurer on behalf of the Club, to remind members of the fees – Its for club’s interest and not for any personal use. SAR , District dues - SAR and district dues will be paid immediately after the receipt of invoice from RI and after that the names of the new members will be added in the RI & District web site. Approval of Expenses for following points were discussed and approved – Sandip Khare’s Program on 19th July - Rs 5000/ Seva Arogya Foundation – Rs 10000 rectification approved for 1st July, as decided in the last year. Further Rs 10000/ approved for program to be held for at Sinhgad Road for 14th August , as planned by Rtn Pallavi. Contribution for Club Admin Seminar – Rs 25000 Contribution for Disabled Defence personnel project – Rs 2000 It was proposed to revise the budget for the youth / New Generation – from Rs 10000 to Rs 20000 The allocation of Rs 20000 for the Hirkani team’s work as requested by Rtn Dinkar was approved It was also approved to repay half of the fees for District Club Admin Seminar to the second registration from the same family. For the missing copies of Fixed Deposits – Rtn Prakash Avachat / Rtn Kiran & Rtn Ajay Mutatkar will follow up. By mistake we have two TAN nos – Rtn Gavaskar to cancel the additional TAN no – Rtn Hemant / Ajayji and Mahendraji to Follow up Rtn Hemant has graciously accepted to take initiative to generate Club PAN no. We have received a check of Rs 13000/ from Kshipra Sahawas society as a remainder of the last years hall rent. It was possible due to great efforts by Rtn Vivek Gokhale and Rtn Nivedita . It was decided that Rtn Vivek and Rtn Nivedita will be felicitated in the coming weekly meeting Impressed cash will be maintained at Club Admin director to pay for sundry expenses It was decided to make proposals for CSR funds, as suggested by Rtn Dinkar It was decided that the reports for all service projects will be presented by every convenor to secretary / BOD – to enable uploading them on district site It was discussed that the strategic committee meeting to be planned asap in this month to enable take the decisions regarding membership- normal & honorary, membership fees It was also discussed that Club should sponsor only those interact / Rotaract clubs where we can feasibly / physically do some activities on continuous basis. Preparations for Club Admin Seminar were discussed and all BODs were requested to register today itself. It was also proposed to request maximum registration from the club members. ISO Certification – It was discussed whether the club should go for ISO Certification. It was mutually agreed to go ahead after initial preparations and guidelines.
